This shop was excellent. I bought my daughter a used washing machine. Unlike other ships they repair their machines with new parts and they come with a warranty. There were many options to choose from. The customer service was excellent and they had many options to choose from. The process was fast and simple. When we went to install the washer in her apartment, the drain line was clogged. We were home but they met my daughter the next day to see the problem. They could not repair it without landlord approval but provided a quote and explained the process to my daughter. The landlord approved the same day and they returned on the following day to fix the drain line. They were so easy to work with from beginning to end and I highly recommend.
