I visited this appliance store looking for an older-style washing machine. While browsing, I asked an employee if the price displayed on a washer was correct because it seemed surprisingly high for an older unit. He confirmed the price without mention that there was a matching dryer that was included in that price. As the employee seemed bothered by my reaction to that price, the employee then pointed to three letters on the price tag and asked, “What does it say right here?” in a condescending manner. When I told him I wasn’t sure what it meant, he responded that it indicated the washer was part of a set as if I should have known that. However, the labeling was not clear, and even after comparing it to other tags, it still wasn’t obvious that it said “set”. I tried to move past that interaction and explained what type of washer I was looking for. When I pointed out a model that I considered an older washer, he repeatedly told me it wasn’t “old” and then began comparing it to other machines in a way that felt dismissive and patronizing. I eventually explained that, to me, “older” meant a traditional loader washer without all the newer digital features and I pointed at a new style washer. Customer service matters just as much as the products being sold. Unfortunately, I felt talked down to rather than helped. Because of that experience, I decided not to make a purchase and left the store.

We got exactly what we needed at a cheaper prize. They also come and install the appliances if you need it. Very reasonable prices!

The entire process, from stepping into the doors of the warehouse to having it installed, took maybe an hour and twenty minutes. Product worked as advertised and was a great price. They have a HUGE selection of a variety of appliances, I will definitely be back in the future.
