A few days ago my mom had trouble with her bottom drawer freezer. It was crusted with ice and it looked like it had snowed in it. We contacted Rick’s Appliance Service and they were able to squeeze her in. The repairman came out and was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a something blocking the drawer from closing properly and removed. The repairman was also cleaned up the ice and the “snow” that had formed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. If you want to reliable service at a fair price call Ricks, I know they will treat you right.

I have nothing good to say about our experience with Rick's Appliance Service. They were called in by American Home Shield, our home warranty company. The outer glass on our oven door was shattered completely. The guy who came out said the problem was 'cosmetic' so the warranty company denied the claim and we are out an extra $100 for his 'service call'. Never mind that all write-ups say a shattered outer glass is a safety issue! And don't bother with this warranty company... they will go to great extremes to deny any claim!

Had a great experience with Rick’s Appliance. Booking was easy. The tech showed up right on time, figured out the problem right away, and got it fixed super fast. Really nice guy, very professional. The price was very reasonable, and he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Super reliable and easy to deal with from start to finish. I'm definitely saving their number for next time!

Rick has over 30 years experience with Sears and has a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding repairs.
