We're glad we went to BID. Natasha helped us while we were there. We browsed looking at the many side by side refrigerators. There were quite a few brands & models to choose from. In years past BID didn't have the quantity or assortment of brands. It was smooth sailing working with Natasha and we found her to be very knowledgeable. It's definitely advantageous to have a woman in BID to help customers & for her to "know her stuff". Our overall experience this time was exceptional. Thank you BID and Natasha!

After considering Home Depot, Costco and Pacific Sales, went to BID where Natasha was very helpful and responsive! She was able to provide a new Electrolux washer /dryer delivered the next day. Installers were very professional and competent as they work for BID too. They came to the house at the specified two hour window! Thank you!
