The Appliance & Mattress Depot

I went to The Appliance and Mattress Depot because I wanted a Speed Queen washer. Brianna, the salesperson, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the models. I did not feel pressured at all. It was delivered today by Calvin and Miguel, who are also very friendly and helpful. Calvin was thorough in his installation, ensuring that there were no leaks and that the rinse water drained adequately. I highly recommend this business, and plan to return for my future appliance needs.

Calvin and David went above and beyond to ensure my new washer and dryer were installed properly. They even went as far as cleaning the floor underneath when they took out the old units they were on time they were prompt they were polite efficient I can’t recommend them any further higher date to meet at the highest recommendation. Appliance depot is fortunate to have such amazing employees.

Got my new washer & dryer (Speed Queen - TR7 & DR7) delivered today. They look great! The technician did the test run and everything is good to go. It will take some time to familiarize with all the digital gadgets, but I’m very happy with my purchases. The technicians were very professional and thorough. From the beginning to the end of my purchases, to installating the equipments, the sales representatives to the technicians at The Appliance & Mattress Depot were awesome! I’m very excited and looking forward to start using my new washer and dryer. My daughter also made a similar purchases, except in black, along with a refrigerator that will be delivered in July. I’m pretty sure my daughter will be very happy as well! 🤗

David and Kelvin from the delivery team are awesome. They took great care in delivering everything and even installed the drain pan for me. They made sure that I know how to use and maintain the machines as well. Greg from the sales team is also great as he always addresses my questions and requests promptly. Highly recommend purchasing appliances from them!

I had a great experience with The Appliance and Mattress Depot. My order was a bit delayed but the team made sure I was taken care of Brianna and Greg had great communication with me on the ETA of my order of a Samsung washer and dryer. The delivery team just dropped off the appliances. Calvin and David were prompt, called me 20 minutes before they arrived and we're in and out. Calvin and David were very professionals and were very kind. I was very happy with them and my washer and dryer. Great experience overall 👌 👍 👏
