I was charged in advance for a repair, with a warranty. But they couldn’t fix it. They were very fair and refunded all of my payment less the diagnostic charge and the parts they provided. I know not everything can be fixed, but I am very happy with their final resolution.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My dishwasher stopped working and Mr. Appliance was able to get someone in right away to install the new one as soon as it arrived. The way they were able to accommodate my schedule made the biggest difference and showed how much they cared to get us back up and going again! Would highly recommend and will be my go to for all my clients!

The service professional JOSE was very kind and friendly. Jose handled the stove with care and explained clearly about the new stove. He also came right on time we had scheduled. I would recommend this company, they had responded quickly to our request for the stove replacement.

Jose and Christian came out today to fix our two washing machines and it was so smooth. They were very professional and focused and got the job done in a timely manner. From booking the job, checking the quote with competitors, to having the job complete, this was such a solid service. Highly recommend. Thank you guys. We’ll be calling you if we need help in the future 🙏🏼

I had an amazing experience with them. I had a dishwasher that had a bracket come off and lower spray was not functioning. Jose came in and helped me with understanding with what is wrong with the dishwasher. The pricing was reasonable. I was able to actually get my own parts to lower the price on materials. They did the installation. overall a great experience with scheduling and very nice people. I would highly recommend them.
