Rickey Peter at Homewise Appliance was a great help in deciding on a new fridge. Very knowledgeable, patient with any questions, and didn't beat around the bush. Recommended the best quality and reliable appliance at a good cost based on our needs. He only recommended models he himself would use and buy. He not only took into account features of the fridge, but also took into account ease of servicing should life's unpredictability happens. For example, don't want to buy a discontinued fridge where parts are hard to come by. Since the model was in stock we were able to get the appliance scheduled to be delivered in 2 days. Weekend delivery dates are available. Knowing we have a point of contact that's knowledgeable and reliable with any issues that may turn up makes all the difference. Unlike large companies, no need to re-explain issues or circumstances with each new representative we get when calling a general customer service number.

I'm still not used to the new name change, but I love the remodel. The staff has always been fabulous and very helpful. Great selection! This trip was for purchasing a new fridge. We had been very disappointed in our LG. We had replaced the ice maker and the door seal already and decided this fridge wasn't worth fixing again. Parts are expensive and take a while to get. We are super happy with our choice of a GE. The functions are fabulous, the soft close doors are a plus, the functionality is great, and the backlighting is wonderful. GE has done a great job with all their upgrades.

My boyfriend bought us a new dryer. We walked in and kind of took a look around ourselves. No one really came to help us. We had to look for the sales person, but they have good stuff there. Delivery was set for next day which was great.The delivery was easy and fast. They took my old one away and I’m very thankful I have a new dryer. We bought an LG 1 year warranty at a very good price. Update: We bought a new stove. Great price Installation was quick & easy. And they hauled away my old one Yuck. I love my new stove Now top chef cooking only! Thanks Homewise. So professional.

Great experience. Wish they kept their name Airport Appliance. But really great selection and this is my preferred place to buy appliances. I've purchased here 4 or 5 times over the years. The online experience is good, and store in San Jose on Bascom is large with a very good showroom experience. The sales people are very professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to shop here. But again, wish they did not change their name.
