I had an excellent experience working with Renee at San Carlos location, on a Thermador appliance package. She was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. I had not yet finalized the model for my wall oven, so the quote required several rounds of revisions. She patiently worked with me each time, carefully adjusting the package to reflect my changing needs and preferences. She also went above and beyond by researching the correct matching handles for my panel-ready refrigerator and helping ensure that all the components of the package would coordinate properly. Her product knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to take the time to get everything right made a complicated decision much easier for me. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt that she genuinely listened to my needs and was committed to helping me find the right solution. I truly appreciate the time and effort she invested in preparing such a thoughtful and competitive quote. She provided outstanding customer service and represented the store exceptionally well. I would highly recommend her to anyone shopping for appliances, especially anyone planning a premium kitchen package near San Carlos area.

We recently bought a dishwasher from CG Appliance and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I told Oscar what I wanted and he sent me an email with a number of options. I picked one and he sent me a quote that included the new dishwasher, delivery, installation, and removal of the old one. He also gave me an estimated delivery date which he later confirmed by email. The delivery team arrived on time, put protective material on our kitchen floor, removed the old unit, installed and tested the new unit, and were gone in about an hour. A very good job!

I ordered a Dacor oven from George Russ himself on April 1 and George said he will have the appliance in 2 weeks. And for that specific reason is why I pick his store, C G appliance in San Carlos. I have paid for the oven and I don't have the product. I have called several times and spoke to George himself and his first excuse was it's on a boat. His next excuse was tariffs and the products part of coming from China. I didn't order parts I ordered an oven. He wasn’t as professional as an owner should be. Rule number 1 is the customer is right. Rule number 2 is when all fails go back to Rule number 1. George never called back when he said he was but days later.. If you want an honest company don't go C G appli6in San Carlos

Great appliance store, with good selection, at competitive prices. We recently fully remodeled our home and bought all our appliances from them. Renee was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, including dealing with the few issues that came up during installation. She is one of the best vendors we interacted with during the remodel. Highly recommend.
