Outstanding service overall - I needed to replace a dishwasher and had a good idea of brand and features I wanted. They sent me specs for 2 models along with pricing the day I called and ordering was easy with mobile payment - never had to drive over to showroom. Installer was professional and removed the old unit and installation was great value overall. This is good old fashioned service with the upgrades of technology. I will buy all my future appliances from A & A Appliance - not that I’m hoping something will break, but it will be a pleasure to do business with them again.

I have always liked AA Appliances. The staff is friendly and professional. My microwave went out and I had to order a new one. This time it was odd. All done over the phone, no problem. However I had to arrange for the installer to come out. AA gave me two contacts. One never called back, the other did. Then the installer asked me where I purchased the appliance and wanted the model number. I was surprised AA put that work on the buyer. AA did follow up with a text to make sure the installer had an appointment. Not the best customer service. Times have changed
