The worst company you would ever find. The manager Maria just trying to do you check higher. With some fake repairs I really don’t need I called Foster appliance and they gave me estimate 746.99$ for changing bearings wheels in my LG dryer. After I called another company I realised that the real price is 180$ - 300$. So thank you foster for scamming me and my family. Manager Maria is very very bad person. She saying that they have no refunds. And trying to make everything looks like 746.99$ is great price. They also taking your appliance apart and after saying that they not gonna put everything together(first you pay x5 price and after they put you stuff back again ) It is looks like they scamming old people. Be careful with them They left my appliance fully rebuilt and I don’t know what to do. They asking about 120$ to put it back

We didn't have a great experience with this organization and company. Ended up spending $500, they came out twice and couldn't fix the issue, each time recommended parts and labor, and it worked for a few days, then stopped. When we called them out to diagnose again, they charged another service fee and basically said they could try something different but don't guarantee that it will work. We ended up spending $500 with them, our oven still doesn't work, AND are getting a new oven.

Dishwasher repair tech came out and look one look at the dishwasher and told me that it certain holes were clogged causing the dishwasher to not start, then the report sent to the insurance company stated it was misuse, when clearly it was not misuse and he never stated that to me. I never received a copy of the techs notes or any information and he asked me to leave the room while he "worked" after 5 min he said he knew what was wrong and left my house.
