Made an appointment with Family appliance repair. They came out the next day. Technician Burt was awesome kind and respectful. He got down to business diagnosed and repaired my LG gas dryer. Replaced igniter and thermostat. We’re back in business $335 later .

We had a refrigerator/freezer issue (not cooling/freezing properly). Bert arrived on time, and was very professional, friendly and courteous. I had done research and was sure it needed a new "evaporator fan motor", but Bert checked and said that he didn't think that was not the issue. He found a drain tube that was clogged on the lower rear portion of the freezer and allowed me to see everything he was looking at. I felt like an apprentice and learned stuff. Recommend these people highly.
