I recently had the occasion to utilize SP Appliance's services for several appliance concerns within my home, specifically regarding our clothes washer, the ice maker in our freezer, and our stove. Their communication throughout the entire process was remarkably prompt and efficient. The technician who attended to our issues was very friendly and successfully resolved two out of the three problems we presented. Regarding the remaining issue, he was forthright in explaining that the repair cost would have amounted to approximately two-thirds of the price of a new appliance. This level of service was greatly appreciated, particularly given the inconvenience that malfunctioning appliances can cause. While not every problem was ultimately fixed, their dedication to addressing the issues was commendable. The timely communication was certainly a positive aspect of their service. I would consider engaging their services again for any future appliance requirements.

We have used SP Appliance for years on several different appliances in our home, most recently for our gas stovetop. Peter always replies very quickly and is very professional when visiting our home. His prices are fair and the work is always thorough. He has saved us a lot of money by fixing things vs. us having to buy new appliances. Highly recommend!

We called Peter from SP Appliance on Tuesday and he was able to schedule us the very next day. He arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our dryer. In addition to fixing the issue, he also informed us of the importance of dryer maintenance. We had no idea the inside of our dryer needed to be cleaned and was a fire hazard. Peter was able to perform the maintenance in addition to fixing the dryer in the same visit for a reasonable price. We highly recommend
