I just bought a Scratch & Dent Electric Dryer from Crossroads at a great price which included haul & install fees! The dent is barely noticeable and JULIE was awesome and finding me a great deal! Great customer service!!!! Super helpful!!! The guys that came to install it was also wonderful and very informative! Thank you Julie and staff at Crossroads! I walked into Crossroads yesterday to look at dishwashers for a rental house. Julie greeted me, and was so nice and helpful, and not pushy at all. She helped me find exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. She told me I would be contacted that same day by the installation technician to set up an appointment. Sure enough, the technician called me yesterday afternoon and said he could install it later that afternoon. I could not meet him yesterday so he volunteered to come pick up the key, go install the dishwasher, send me pictures, and bring me back the key! Now that is customer service!! Great experience from start to finish. I won’t be going anywhere else for appliances ever again!

We stopped by on a few occasions and the first time we spoke to Jorge and the second time to Julie. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and polite! We went there while we were in the process of purchasing and closing on a home and they understood our situation and were willing to work with us to secure a good set of washer and dryer. We felt really comfortable with their customer service and we genuinely felt how much they care to provide customers with great products at competitive prices but with the added value that only a small business can provide! We were sold on a set immediately and we’ll go back to Crossroads anytime we have a need for new appliances.
