Western Appliance Warehouse

I found this company searching for a washer online. Keimora was at the front desk and the first person that helped me. She was friendly and very personable. I was looking for a front load washer. I was on a budget and didn't see what I was looking for. Keimora went out of her way to help. She talked to the owner and Eric found me a machine. He was so helpful and worked out a deal that fit in my budget. They have a one year warrenty, delivered the washer the next day, installed it and hauled away my old one. I will absolutely use this company anytime I need an appliance.

We received great personal service the moment we walked in. There was not a huge selection of refrigerators, but enough to choose from in the size we needed. The price could not be beat! Our new LG fridge was delivered and set up the next day, and they hauled away the old fridge as well. We could not be happier with this purchase! The whole experience was very positive from start to finish!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! After a nightmare experience with Best Buy (having to refuse TWO refrigerators because they didn’t fit, and dealing with unhelpful, unfriendly service), I was so relieved to find Western Appliance Warehouse. From the very first message on OfferUp, their team was quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful. When I arrived at the warehouse, they took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. I ended up finding the perfect refrigerator—a gorgeous LG Zero Clearance French Door—and to my amazement, it was delivered personally by Eric and his team within just 2 hours of purchase. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and such a refreshing change from what I had just gone through elsewhere. Eric and his team truly care about their customers, and it shows in every detail. I will never waste my time with big box stores again—Western Appliance Warehouse has earned a lifelong customer. I’ll be recommending them to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much for turning a frustrating experience into such a positive one!
