S & S Appliance Repair

S and S Appliance repair was used as an outside vendor of Sears to provide annual maintenance of my washer and dryer. My first appointment was in June 2022 and I was told the pump would need replacing. The part was never ordered and the technician never attempted to make contact with me. To make a long story short, I spent the next 6 months attempting to contact the technician and was finally able to get a few responses via text but never received service. In addition to the unprofessionalism and incompetency of S and S Appliance, another technician reported that my appliances had been serviced and repairs made in November. These repairs were NEVER completed on my appliances, so the technician has bilked Sears out of almost $1100.00! I recommend using a more reputable repair service.

As a business owner, this company is very unprofessional. This company was sent out through sears twice. Once for my washer and then for my dishwasher. It took over a month to get him here to fix my washer and a couple weeks to fix my dishwasher. He doesn't respond to calls or text and did not show up a few times. A waste of my time and do not want them back and don't recommend them.

They were schedule to come out to repair my cooktop, but never showed. I called several times, was able to get through once to confirm. They said I was on the schedule, but would call the tech to see about what time he'd be over. No call back. I called again, the office manager said they sent text msg and left him a voicemail, but he hadn't responded to them. I called again at the end of the day and calls were not answered and voicemail was full. Don't waste your time using this company.

The service man replaced my compressor but over pressurized the line. It keeps things cold now however I'm left with an extremely abrasive continuous noise coming from the replacement compressor. I've repeatedly called to schedule him to come back out and fix his work but he either completely ignore my calls and texts or, on 3 separate occasions, scheduled a time to come out and just completely blew me off. Completely wasting 3 days of my life and I still have to find someone to fix his work. 1 star and would not recommend to anyone if you have any other options use someone else.

Well we've had service done one time. They did a good job.we had them come out to repair trash compactor . Said it needed a part.they left and never came back to repair. We decided to try again to use there service, we made apt for today to fix two dishwashers. Regardless to say no show . This is very bad for business. If they don't want our business they should say they're booked or something. I'm very disappointed in this company
