This technician never arrived and assumed the repair order was a previous one and took payment and lied about information he wrote in there. Never arrived to come see the problem I’m having with a garbage disposal. Worst technician ever. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I will be requesting payment of my monthly services I paid and I will never ever use sears warranty ever again. With dishonest technicians like this, why would I rely on sears home warranty? Nope. I’m done with sears home warranty.i continue to have issues as Sears Home Warranty continues to dispatch repair techs who do not show up. But pretend they did. All in order to take my money from the deductible. I had enough. I requested a refund and canceled my membership that was not honored. I am requesting a complete refund and Sears Home Warranty breach our contract and failed to perform on their end.

Technician arrived as scheduled. Wearing company's uniform and ID. He actually moved and Inspected the unit, took pictures, and ran different tests to diagnose the malfunction or issue with the washer machine. At the end, he placed everything the way it was before and said that the insurance company will be receiving the information later on today. Technician was very professional.
