We had them come out to change out a heater/air conditioner unit under American home shield they put a unit too large in our home. Sounds like a turbo Jet. We had it inspected by another heating company. They said the unit too big For the size of our house and ductwork and is a fire Hazard as of January 12 26 They have Not responded to the problem.

First and foremost, Fidel is an excellent technician and a great person. He found my problem in my HVAC system quickly. This was due to a terrible business ( not naming names ) from Santa Maria that couldn’t install it right to save their life. Big shout out to Barbara. Very friendly and helpful person. THANKS AGAIN you saved the day and I highly recommend.

Dear Appliance Clinic, please fire Heidi, obviously not her real name. She autotuned over some pretend voice. Rudest customer support service I’ve ever came across. She’s currently ignoring my calls because she was in the wrong and she doesn’t want to admit it and she refused to put me on the phone with a supervisor or anyone with authority over her. She was really rude to me and factually wrong so when she got caught, she hung up on me. She changed the appointment time with me and then I told her to cancel it and they still showed up, my guest let the guy in and he obviously had no notes from the last guy explaining the issue and the part needing to be changed, so he said nothing was wrong with the machine. She told me he wasn’t let in, when he was there on my front door camera going into my house. Heidi, educate yourself before you tell people the wrong information. Current update apparently no supervisors are ever available but they did inform me that they’re sorry haha. Don’t use this company if you want any real repairs done or a service to be complete. They show up when they want and they have no proper schedule.

Fidel and his partner came out this morning within an hour of contact through our home warranty. Not only did he fix our issue right then and there. He was so helpful, courteous and explained so much more on how to maintenance our AC. He literally had our AC up and running in less than 20 minutes! He forever gained a customer with our family! Thank you!

Fidel was great and very helpful. We needed our heater serviced and called our home warranty. We had great communication with the office people and Fidel was Johnny on the spot with reaching out to us. Fidel was able to diagnose problem over the phone with me and order the correct parts needed. He came to install new parts and had us up and running very quickly. I appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you for being nice to my wife and daughter since I wasnt home.
