Love Urners! Dealt with them during Covid and they came through like a champ! Just purchased a refrigerator smaller than we needed. No bells/whistles. Ray helped us and didn’t give us the run around. Even looked up in computer at other stores here in town to match their price! Great customer service! He found one that met our needs in the color we wanted! Urners is the way to go!

We are extremely satisfied with the experience we had purchasing a new refrigerator from Urner’s. The process was great from the experienced and knowledgeable sales person, Drew, to the minimal wait that we had before delivery. The delivery process was also excellent with Erik and his partner. Erik took the time to explain all about the refrigerator and to make sure we were comfortable with all the operations. Also, the price for the refrigerator, delivery, set up and removal of our old fridge was comparable to most all other retailers but with much more personalized service. We would highly recommend Urner’s for your appliance needs.
