Good pieces of furnishings at a discount. Bought a nice solid table for $300. Only 2 stars because of the delivery situation. Paid $60 for delivery but was told they can only drop this off on your porch because I didn’t pay the extra “set up” charge. Mind you this was for an already built table with no chairs and nothing to put together. All they had to do was walk an extra 10ft indoors and drop it off but no. Now I gotta get home from work and find a 2nd person to come over and help me carry it inside.

Ty was quick to help us find what we needed and easy to talk with He suggested larger Deep Freezer and benefits While we waited we got to look around and saw so many different options from kitchen cabinets to furniture and will be making a return visit very soon Ty made the process very easy and got us delivery same day. We absolutely love our oversized Deep Freezer. Ty is a excellent salesman and look forward to working with him again 🙋‍♀️👍

very nice place very clean and professional atmosphere , pleasant and honest salesman, not pushy just supportive and understanding of my needs and lay down the facts. I will definitely go back for the rest of my household needs and will wait on some up future sales.great sales! and has high quality merchandise and feel confident when speaking to an agent no BS just the real deal and room to think and breath. I like Urner's and they have competitive prices with other local stores I felt a good vibe . ^•^ I like not being pressured into a large purchase and the room to sleep and pray on it. I will definitely go back there. the employees r educated on their products they sale which is important to me. I want the best so I like spending time to do research and calaberate with the salesmans. pressure pushes me away and respect for us woman who can't decide in 15 minutes really appreciate to room to think and process things. thank you I had a very good experience at Urner's.

We are extremely satisfied with the experience we had purchasing a new refrigerator from Urner’s. The process was great from the experienced and knowledgeable sales person, Drew, to the minimal wait that we had before delivery. The delivery process was also excellent with Erik and his partner. Erik took the time to explain all about the refrigerator and to make sure we were comfortable with all the operations. Also, the price for the refrigerator, delivery, set up and removal of our old fridge was comparable to most all other retailers but with much more personalized service. We would highly recommend Urner’s for your appliance needs.
