I wasn’t going to look for a Vaccum here but I did and I’m so happy I went with my instincts after researching online. I love to shop local and this store had great service and products. I bought a wonderful Vaccum and the service was exceptional. My visit was so pleasant because the staff member was so kind and knows his products. He put the vaccum together and loaded to my car. All I had to do was use it!

I had a great experience at this store! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to walk me through different vacuum options and even letting me try them out in the store. They really know their products and made the whole process easy and stress-free. And I have to mention their shop dog, Kirby — absolutely adorable and such a sweet little addition to the visit. I left feeling confident in my purchase, and I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality vacuum and genuinely helpful service.

Decided to order my Sebo K3 directly from Walnut Creek Vacuum since they are more local to me, and I was very impressed by the shipping speed and customer service. William called me to confirm my shipping address, but also to let me know they’d honor and upcoming sale price for the vacuum. He also registered the vacuum’s warranty for me and threw in a free box of vacuum bags. When the vacuum came, I was confused about missing attachments, and was able to immediately contact William who showed me how to find the parts—they were already mounted into the vacuum itself. Amazing service and a reason why buying local is better than shopping on Amazon or big box retailers.
