TJ Appliance was the only one of 5 companies that responded. He was courteous and forthcoming about the problem and process. I was kept updated via text and phone messages. I’m not sure about the pricing, having no comparison, but felt it was reasonable. I would call him again if needed.

Excellent repair. The issue (icing-defective sensors/heating/fan) was quickly diagnosed and the repairs smoothly made, on time and on cost. While a repair for 3 a year old unit is unfortunate, it was handled in good fashion. Integrity, quality of service and good communication are vanishing characteristics, but not in this case with this company. Do yourself a favor and give them a call when you(not if) you have an appliance issue.

Our dryer had an issue. I contacted TJ Appliance Repair and was able to get a next day appointment. Tom was very professional. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it. The pricing was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend this company.

Really nice guy. Great communication through Yelp and text. Easy to schedule through an app. Competent, nice and honest. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend TJ's for applicance repair.
