She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and truly cares about her customers. She took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to help me make the right decisions. Her professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. It's rare to find someone who provides this level of service. Very torn about this review. Have been shopping here for years from appliances to sinks but my recent experience was terrible. Be careful about ordering fixtures. I ordered bathroom fixtures. My fault for not asking enough questions and making assumptions. Me salesperson did not explain return policy well. I ended up returning two relatively minor items that I did not pick up and that I needed right away and was charged 25% restocking. The salesperson was very defensive about it and never followed up with me after I cancelled. It's too bad because I like their showroom and I have a lot of work coming up including a master bath and now I need to find an alternative place.

Great experience shopping for my new appliances and also bought a new mattress and box spring. I had a little issue with my new stove by Chanelle jumped in and took care of it. I'm so happy and pleased and so in love with my new products! Great customer service, everyone so nice and attentive. I definitely recommend WDC! ♥️
