Great experience with Native Coast for our kitchen appliances. Big box company gave us long lead times four our units and Native delivered within a week or so after ordering. Nick was a pleasure to work with and delivery department called to pre schedule and with updates. No waiting all day for delivery. The driver Kyle called the day before to confirm scheduled appointment, called when he was on his way, and showed up a few minutes before our scheduled time. Will definitely refer Native and come back for future projects!

I had an amazing experience with Native Coast Appliance Company. Nick took care of us. He special-ordered our dishwasher and it arrived very quick. He was even able to install the dishwasher the same day it arrived. Bigger companies failed us and had a 6 week lead time to delivery the appliance. Nick had it done in less than 5 business days. I stumbled across this beautiful store a few weeks ago and I am SOOO happy I did!!! They are fantastic! I have been battling problems with my under-counter ice maker and refrigerator so I decided it was time to replace them. Nick helped me every step of the way and I am so happy with my new ice maker and refrigerator!! I hate having to go through Best Buy, Pacific sales etc...I'm just a number to them, it's slow, terrible customer service and just an overall bad experience. I'm so happy with Native Coast and will forever buy all of my appliances through them and of course recommend them to everyone!!! FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!

Exemplary service and delivery from this new Solana Beach Appliance store! In the middle of a major kitchen remodel, we were left high and dry after a large local company failed to deliver on 2/3 of our order. Despite having the order for over 16 weeks, at the last minute, they admitted they had significant failings in their supply chain and could not complete our order. Native Appliance stepped in and wtihin less than 48 hours, had air freighted one critical appliance and confirmed delivery of another, hitting our deadlines. We were relieved and delighted. Nick had a can-do attitude and kept our project on track. Highly recommend this great addition to Cedros Street!
