I’d like to share a little story about this man and who is really is. I came into his store with a very small budget. Firstly I’m a single mom not that that really matters and a new immigrant. I couldn’t afford a washer dryer set for much at all. Paul had sets for 600 delivered and installed and still outside my budget. As we were leaving he approached our car and offered to fix the ones we had at home already for free. I gave him my details and brushed it off as meer talk. This man was at my house at the time he stated and fixed the washer at no charge, he even spent the time with my autistic son to show him how to fix mommies washer if it broke again. His attitude and demeanor are old school, this man is the real deal and he cares. Honest caring and a true gentleman

Because when you’re this far from town, a second washer isn’t a luxury… it’s survival strategy. Paul is a true professional and a master of his craft. Grateful doesn’t even cover it. We’ll be supporting his business for as long as we own clothes (and probably longer). If your washer ever decides to betray you, skip the stress and call the guy who actually knows what he’s doing.

I called Goldsmith Appliance when my LG washer wouldn’t start. I provided Paul with the error code along with the model number. He was very familiar with the 2 possible causes and scheduled Omar to make a service call that same morning. Omar was knowledgeable, had the part required and had me back in business in a flash. Outstanding customer service, response time and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Goldsmith Appliance!!

This place is fantastic for service & used good appliances. I walked in on a Saturday for help on my broken washing machine. I explained to Paul what happen and he told me want was wrong. Showed me how to take apart the top of the washer to check his theory. I went home, did as he said, and sure enough he was spot on! He told me he could have it fixed later that afternoon and he came thru on that as well. Sent out Omar who was very professional and hard working. He installed the new parts, fixed the washer and tested it. All back in working order. These folk care about thier business and customers. Use them, they know thier stuff! Mike El Cajon

Paul was one of the most helpful business owners I have ever come across. He offered excellent advice and was very quick and knowledgeable on what part I needed for my dryer. During checkout Paul said, "$10 for the part and unlimited advice is free". When My dryer still didn't work Paul walked me through troubleshooting over the phone to diagnose what was wrong. His customer service goes above and beyond. I recommend this shop for any appliance needs. Thank You Paul for your outstanding service!
