I trust TeeVax will always follow through, from knowledgeable salespeople (thanks Richard!) that keep me informed and updated, to the service performed being prompt and thorough. I was under promised and over delivered. Richard’s estimate for delivery was further out which made it a pleasant surprise when we received our delivery almost two weeks early. We will always buy our appliances from Tee Vax. Local businesses are the best, and the prices (surprise!) beat out the competition!

I bought a Bosch ADA dishwasher from Teevax last year, and the purchase experience itself was fine. I paid, picked it up, and felt like I got an OK deal. I’m giving the overall experience a 2 because after-sale service matters. Just two weeks after the purchase, I had a couple of questions about the dishwasher and emailed them with a photo of the warning light. I never received a reply. I also left a web message that went unanswered, then finally called and was promised a call back that never happened. At that point, I called Bosch directly, which took a long time, but Bosch was ultimately able to resolve the issue. I’ve been seeing a lot of ads for Teevax lately, emphasizing their local flavor and excellent customer service. That was not my experience. In my case, once the sale was complete and the product was out the door, their willingness to help appeared to end. If I could do it again, I’d just find the lowest price online and save a few bucks.

Exceptional service and selection. We’re on our sixth appliance from TeeVax. Phillip has been awesome in his knowledge, assistance, and professionalism. Sean is exceptional when custom installation is necessary. Customer Service goes beyond any other company. They stand behind their products and warranties. We couldn’t be happier.
