University isn't as good as it used to be. I bought a Thermador gas cooktop, oven, speed oven and hood at the recommendation of their salesman. It's got to be the worst user interface in the world. It takes a series of screens just to turn the oven on. The hood interface buttons have no color contrast so you guess where the button might be. University Appliance gets an F because the salesman really sold me on this suite and NEVER mentioned it has the worst reviews. When I sent University a video of the touch screen where it took several times (like 6+) to turn on to the menu, they told me they never received the video. I showed them in store my 'sent' message.-"oh there it is". But they did nothing to make this right. 25 years ago when University sold me on what they said was "the best" washing machine, after a week I told them I hated it and they took it back and let me choose something else. Those days are gone. It was their salesman who sold me on Thermador, I trusted him. I will never go to University again.

The team at University Electric are the best as they are knowledgeable, responsive and great to interact with. They deal with high end appliances and have recommendations for Installers who figure out how to make things work flawlessly.

University Electric has a wide selection of appliances and great customer service. We needed them to hold a few items during a remodel and they were very easy to work with. The delivery and installation also went smoothly as they communicated with me and my contractor on the day of for minor issues. 100% would recommend for their customer service.

University Electric is on Martin Ave. in Santa Clara is a great place to shop for appliances. They have a great showroom with all the major brands on display. Adam Heintz who we worked with is an excellent salesperson to work with. He explained in detail pros and cons of every appliance and brand we were considering and helped us make the right choice. He gave us the best options for our set up and worked with us patiently and helped answer questions we had even after the installation.

Buying Wolf appliances the prices are going to be the same at any of thier distributors. What separates University is that they held our appliances in there own warehouse until they day we needed delivery. Everything delivered without damage. Highly recommend Newton and thier supporting team.
