Wonderful experience fixing our Miele dryer, washer and cooktop. The dryer and washer issues related to closing the door. Luckily, nothing was wrong. The gas cooktop needed to be have a burner ignitor grounded correctly. The technician really knew what he was doing and fixed it. His knowledge of Miele products was the key. We would definitely use Quality Appliance Repair again. Serghay (spelling) was the technician.

Our new place came with a Viking oven that was intermittently scorching our food. Quality Appliance Repair came and immediately recognized the problem, ordered the replacement part, and fixed it, all within a week! Super nice guys who very clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We'll definitely be using them again for future appliance repair work!

Do not go with this company. Across two recent service visits, this company's technician damaged our hardwood floor and later left our oven out of position. When I shared photographic evidence, management disputed what I had seen with my own eyes and resisted putting things right. Floor damage: During the first visit, the technician dropped the top panel of our range onto our hardwood floor, leaving two visible gouges. I saw it happen, as did a handyman working in the house. When I reported it the same day with photos, management deflected responsibility by giving three different explanations. First that nothing was dropped, then that the gouges were "older damage," then that a panel "brushed against a cabinet handle" with edges "physically impossible" to cause the marks. Three incompatible accounts. Only after I declined a $50 discount on a $322 bill did they waive the labor, while continuing to petulantly insist I was mistaken about what I had seen. Oven left out of position: On the follow-up visit, the technician failed to return the oven to its original position causing significant downstream issues. When I asked them to put it right, management again shirked responsibility. They claimed it had been put there because to go further back would be a gas-line "safety issue". They told me to hire PG&E or a plumber. The crazy part: this same company correctly placed this exact oven in 2022. The oven has sat in that position for ten years. They just didn't want to finish the job, so they made up a story. The pattern across both incidents: argue with the customer, cycle through contradictory and defensive explanations, resist taking ownership. Photos of their negligent work attached. Hire someone else.

Sergey was great! He fixed my leaking Subzero frig. He also thoroughly analyzed my stove and vent fan issues. He was very efficient and professional, and neat, and didn't rush. Unlike other repairmen, he took the time to fully analyze the problems and advised me about my options. The price for his time, expertise and a job well done were very fair ...especially considering the time the job took.
