One of the few standing test if time and family and staff is very helpful and will guide you in the right direction. Thank you for keeping the business still running .

I just picked up my stand mixer. Needed the cord fixed. The repair took less than a week, the price was very fair, and they were very nice. I definitely will be a return customer.

Great experience. Bought a high quality vacuum that we're happy with. It's nice to be able to test out the different models before buying. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees.

What a gem! They had just the Miele vac I was looking for. It is so convenient having this great store in the Marina. The folks at Phil's Electric are super helpful, and they have a great selection of vacuums and accessories. Many thanks to Tom for his great help and service!

Superb quality and service! Vicky and the Phil's team took great care of us, helping us pick a delightful canister vacuum (Sebo E2) that was both better suited to our needs and cheaper than the one we had identified. We were even able to exchange attachments so we could get the perfect ones for our needs. We're so grateful to have found Phil's and to have had the opportunity to try different models before buying one (so rare in our online-first world). We're excited to be their customers for years to come.
