Atherton appliance was very helpful In getting us a refrigerator to replace our 21 year old one that was failing. We had a very short window of 4 days and they got one to the store and was installed four days later!!. The installers Solome and Howard did a careful, excellent professional job. It was a good experience.

Worst experience ever — avoid Atherton Appliances! They wasted three months of my time and turned a simple dishwasher replacement into a nightmare. Their team couldn’t remove my old dishwasher and told me I’d need to cut or shave my countertop — completely absurd. I even had to get a marble company quote because of their mistake. Then they tried to charge me $900 just to remove the old unit! After all the back‑and‑forth, I canceled the order and they still charged a 5% cancellation fee. I went to Best Buy instead — they uninstalled the old dishwasher and installed the new one in less than an hour with zero issues. Atherton Appliances wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and showed no respect for their customers. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
