tl;dr Terrible customer support from both management and employees. Don't expect any communication.
I ordered a Fridge from them which was a special order. No details on how long it would possibly take but I decided to go for it instead of ordering from a Home Depot. So I order it and call in a day or two later because I have not heard anything about an estimated time. If I recall (because it was so long ago) they told me they would reach out.
A few more weeks go by, I call them back and they say it should be here in a few more days. I call back in a few more days. This kind of thing goes on for a while until I get a real date. I call back on that date and they say basically "it is in the warehouse but we don't have a order it yet" implying they have it but the warehouse needs to do something.
I ask them to escalate this and for a manager to call me back because it has been so long. Spoiler, a manager will never call me back, ever.
I wait a few days and call back, no word from the warehouse. I call back again the next day, now they had some but they are all gone now.
I demand to talk to a manager, I believe their name was Eric. He just says "It is a special order, you can cancel if you want, we might get more soon". I am upset and tell him that I will need to talk to my wife before I cancel. He says "OK, I will call you tomorrow to tell you if anything updates about new shipments and you can let me know during that call if you want to cancel. He never called.
I decide to just go with Home Depot, they can deliver it in 3 days, no fuss. Whoever owns this store needs to fire that manager and retrain every customer service agent I talked to.
