The Technician came out and was friendly. My Hubs told him what had happened, new dryer, we added a propane attachment, but when we put it back together it would not start. Google said it probably had to do with door latch. The Tech did not listen, then proceeded to take apart the everything that we didn't have a problem with, ie all the electrical behind the temp/timer/settings. Put it back together without using all the parts he took apart. Told us it would be over $400 to get parts and fix it. We denied the extra work/parts. Took my dryer to an experienced tech & as we expected it was as simple as the door latch. But Now my timer on my Dryer does not work...never had that problem before the Appliance Doctor Tech took it all apart. People make mistakes, no prob, but they had no accountability when we let the company know what happened.

We had other companies service our dishwasher, charging a lot and never fixing the problem. Called the appliance doctor and Dante came the next day, diagnosed the problem and then returned the next day to install the part. He was professional, explained everything he was doing and gave us great confidence he had fixed the problem. I highly recommend him and this company for appliance repair and service.
