Mr. Gomez seems to be professional enough. He is dressed appropriately and brings his tools . However while installing knobs on my oven one part fell on the floor. After several attempts the part was never found and as a result I am unable to use one of my burners I have reached out to Mr. Gomez several times giving him the opportunity to replace the part making me whole. He refused to respond to my phone calls.
