We bought our oven from Sharon and her team, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They took the time to explain the differences between models, made sure the stainless steel finish and dimensions would be the perfect fit, and never tried to upsell us. We purchased a Speed Queen washer dryer set and a refrigerator from CBD for our new home in Tracy! Their prices are very competitive compared to other retailers, which is great because I like to avoid buying from certain big box stores. The customer service was really friendly and helpful, and I felt comfortable to call Sharon with questions about the order. Although they don't do installations, Sharon did the work of getting me linked up with an installation company who did a stellar job of putting in my appliances! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for appliances.

Going back to the old brand because sometimes in life it's better to stay with what you know.  Our 17 year old Miele went belly up one day and no amount of negotiations, carrots, promises, attempts to repair, etc. could convince this old horse to start going again. Fast forward 2 months, had to consider a new 'horse' so we went to CBD Appliance on a whim, as we never bought anything from them before.  Fortunately,  I was able to talk to Sharon Dixon, the owner and she went the extra mile to answer all my questions and address my concerns.  This was a big-ticket item for us so we had to know as much as possible before buying. Sharon was truly like a good friend watching out for us and answered every question we had and advised which  model is the best choice regardless of the price. Finally we decided on a model and bought it. The machine washes like a dream with only a 42 dba whisper.
