Authentic Appliance was referred to me by a friend, and she wasn't wrong! My ice maker stopped working on my Whirlpool refrigerator, and I called them. They came early within the time window and the repairman, Jeff, texted me when he was on his way. He explained exactly what was wrong and had to order a part. It came within two days, and Jeff installed it. Although the part was defective, the reordered one was fine, and Jeff went out of his way to make sure I got it installed before the long Fourth of July weekend. The price was reasonable, and the staff was very personable.

We appreciated the honesty and expertise Stacy provided for us when choosing a washer. With them being both a dealer and repair company they know what sells and what needs repaired. I also didn’t realize they carry different machines than the big box stores. Delivery and Installation were great! Definitely above and beyond expectations.
