If you're looking for a G & G Peak pellet smoker this is definitely the place to get it. It's very user friendly and intuitive, with lots of extras like a double chicken rotisserie attachment. These people are super knowledgeable and will help you find exactly what you need! I'm just blown away by their customer service and my entire experience!

Placed an order with DDR BBQ Supply website. I then get 9 or more emails from them plus an email stating not to mark their emails as spam. I placed an order but didn't request to be emailed over and over. Hi there! It's Brian and Jenny, the owners of this tiny mighty business, DDR BBQ Supply. And here's the thing -- we want to email you only stuff you love. We want you to be excited to open our emails! But if you ever feel like you need a break, please don't mark us as "SPAM". Inboxes are finicky little things, and when you mark an email as spam it can hurt our ability to contact our customers (and our feelings 😳). We totally get it if you decide our totally awesome bbq rubs, sauces, grills and accessories aren't for you...and if that's the case, simply tap Unsubscribe and say "sayonara" or update your preferences!

It’s rare to find a company that actually cares in DDR barbecue supply definitely does! After UPS lost my package, I filed a claim I had not even contacted DDR barbecue supply because I was waiting for UPS to sort it out and they contacted me to make sure that I had received what I had ordered. Four days later they contacted me again, asking if UPS had sorted it out yet they had not so they shipped me another water pan and apologized for the mixup, which clearly was not even their fault. These people are making the world a better place thank you for everything

They are so nice that I have ordered twice (so far). While losing a pet is so hard, they help make a lasting keepsake to always remember them. The communication is top notch. Jenny suggested things to make the product better (size) and wasn’t doing it to make extra money, she genuinely wanted me to have the best. I’m looking forward to going to their storefront and meeting in person and buying some of their other products.
