A few weeks ago we went in to see if they had a hose to connect our cook stove. They didn't hesitate to help us and ended up making a special hose for it. Thank you for all your help. Great job to all involved.

Disabled veteran arrived 5 minutes before closing to purchase propane so he could cook his meal but the employee on July 7th refused service because he said he couldn't fill it before 5 o clock . This a pathetic excuse. Do better people.

False billing!!!! Suburban is ripping off customers. Do not use their service! I Canceled the service twice and they still keep billing me!

Guy at the fill station is friendly, and helpful as he can be. They have a great deal on tank refills on Thursdays. For any other questions about or services related to propane, I recommend instead going to Owens energy. The higher ups here are unhelpful, won't give any advice other than don't try and hire us instead. Not very customer oriented when it comes to anything but a fill on your tank.

Once they hear my Rez accent I always get attitude. Especially the older lady that answer the phone. I'll find out who you are next time. Be nice. It was a simple question of "when will my propane be delivered?". The younger ones are cool though
