I recently had the pleasure of meeting Nan Haga and her heart of gold!!! I need to talk about true generosity for the pure joy of helping someone else! She truly went above and beyond. I was a stranger who walked into her appliance shop. Let’s say I’ve had “a series of unfortunate events” recently. This included a recent bad purchase of a used appliance elsewhere. Nan not only donated a wonderful used washer to my family but also had it delivered the very next morning to my house completely out of the kindness of her heart! Thank you so much Nan for this blessing! Thank you so much Maytag Marc for delivering it to me with a friendly smile! This act of kindness and generosity has brought me hope that good people still exist in this world! I am still so overwhelmed with emotions of gratitude! I would never purchase an appliance anywhere else after experiencing this. Words cannot express this enough. Thank you from my whole heart!

Quality appliance has been in our house for over 16 years. The previous owners bought from them. Then we have, recently, purchased all new kitchen appliances from them. From Nan in the store and the installers, Marc and Cody, even the electrician, Bill, they all have provided excellent service and professionalism! Thank you, a satisfied customer!

The customer service at this store is top-notch. Nan consistently went above and beyond to respond to us, and was wonderful to work with. The installers were also very nice and competent. We have bought multiple appliances from them and will always go there first when we need something new. They provide far superior service to any big box store.

I love supporting local, small businesses especially when they exceed my expectations and these folks did just that. We bought a Speed Queen washer/dryer which also impressed. From the sales person to the delivery/installers everyone was just super to deal with. I highly recommend Quality Appliance if your in the market for a new appliance.
