We have an Airbnb and live out of town. We needed our dish washer fixed and were very impressed with Wayne, he was very respectful to our guest and got in and out fixing the problem. There was a part he needed to order and come back to finish, that took a couple of days due to the repair store not having the part, he called when the part was in, and was willing to go back when the time was good for me and for our guest. Highly impressed with Wayne and the company. Will definitely use them again. 5/5*

I originally thought it was just the heating element, and they replaced it, but it turned out the electrical control board had also gone bad. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and were precise with their work. They responded quickly, got the job done efficiently, and their prices were extremely reasonable. It’s hard to find honest, reliable companies like this these days. Wayne and this company was great to work with. He was friendly, fast and efficient. Explained the problem, what he did to fix and what needs to happen in the future. I will need to have an item replaced in the near future but he explained about all the and a range on how much that will cost. I highly recommend them and will share his info with all my neighbors and family.
