★★★★★ Absolutely Fantastic Experience – Highly Recommend!
I recently shopped at Big Deal Appliances and was blown away by the entire experience. I was looking for a new refrigerator and dishwasher on a tighter budget, and what I found here completely exceeded my expectations.
The selection was impressive—plenty of high-end brands with only minor cosmetic imperfections that you can barely notice once the appliances are in place. My new fridge has a tiny ding on the side that faces the wall, and the dishwasher has a light scratch on the bottom edge. Functionally, both are brand new, fully warrantied, and work perfectly. The savings compared to buying the exact same models at full price were substantial—easily hundreds of dollars.
The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to show me the exact imperfections on each unit, explained the warranty coverage clearly, and helped me choose models that fit my kitchen layout and needs. No pressure, just honest advice. If you’re looking for quality appliances without paying full retail, this place is a total win. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next appliance purchase and have already recommended it to friends and family. Fantastic value, great service, and zero regrets!
