Burke did an excellent job! Their price was fair, they were on time on the day promised for our installation, and they took extra care to protect our hardwood floors with drop cloths. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an HVAC system replacement.

Burke's installed a new Trane 17 Seer 3 Ton variable speed heat pump at my home right after Christmas 2025. Installation was great and professional. Installation was clean and looks great, left no messes to cleanup. I checked with a few different HVAC vendors in Paragould and they were the cheapest for what I was getting since it was a variable speed unit that met the government rebates and long-term cost savings on electricity usage. It ran flawlessly during the cold winter times after Christmas, but when it started getting hot and humid in May / June a few times the heat pump outside would stop, but the air handler would continue to run. I was able to fix this a few times by restarting the system via the Trane thermostat that came with it. I also contacted Burke's to let them know. They were quick to help me out and was able to make it out during one of these events when it stopped cooling and replaced a part on the heat pump. I am waiting to see if it does the issue again. Their help and service to correct the issue has been great. The variable speed units do take some time to get use to because they do run quite differently than a typical 1-stage unit that most people have and what I had before (I have 2 heat pumps, so my other is still an older 1-stage), but I have already been able to see that the cost savings are there with electric usage. During the cold winter times in 2026 my bill was lower than previous years and even with some of the issues in summer so far it is still lower. Overall, great service and helpfulness. I would recommend them.

Fantastic. I called on a Thursday morning. They made it out Thursday evening working later than closing time to help us. Upon discovering a frozen unit with debris in it, it was thawed and cleaned. A leaky coil was discovered to be the issue. The coil had to be ordered, so they returned Friday to fill up the Freon so we would have AC through the weekend. That was VERY appreciated! I feel like that was next level customer service. They are returning to install the coil when it comes in. A very friendly and professional company. Burke’s will be our choice for AC service from this point forward and I will highly recommend them to everyone.

Fast response time and great service! They were at my house a couple of hours after placing the call. The crew went right to work and diagnosed a drain issue as well as my A/C being low of refrigerant. The work was completed quickly and professionally! Thank you Tom, Travis and Greg!!
