Called to see if they had a replacement part in stock (I had all the info for the appliance) and they simply wouldn't let me know if they had the part, or if they could get the part which was very weird.

Samuel my service tech was excellent! Took great care in servicing my dryer. He found the problem quickly and got my dryer up and working once again. No need to go out and buy a new dryer. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company and would use them again.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They could have asked SIMPLE (so simple) questions ON THE PHONE that would have saved us a ton of money with no good resolution and their business from a horrible review. Had they TOLD US on the phone that WE would have to remove the appliance ourselves (we are old), we could have told them that WE couldn’t do that, saving us from spending money on the service call and from them making a wasted trip. I would not recommend this company to anyone. -Deceptive practices ( who in the name of all that is holy would think the customer has to move the appliance??? It was professionally installed approximately 3years ago.). -Lack of communication. -No resolution. If you needed a sign not to use them- here it is.
