Matt was on his game! He responded to my initial call promptly and the service call was scheduled quickly. He provided excellent service and fixed my fridge in just a few minutes. The cost was reasonable. I certainly recommend Stephen’s Appliance Service for appliance repair needs.

Excellent communication, fast and friendly service. We had a refrigerator issue right before a holiday weekend. Matt from Stephens Appliance did a great job. He got us on the schedule quickly, fixed the problem and the price was very fair.

Our dishwasher went out yesterday at 5pm. I called and left a msg. Matt called me within a few minutes and scheduled us the next morning. Colton came at 10:15 AM as promised and had us up and going in twenty minutes! They are very courteous, professional and punctual. Thanks Stephens Appliances! Y’all are now our go-to repair service!
