Chavis Furniture

THE BEST DELIVERY HUNKS! My parents have been in a refrigerator time warp with big box stores! We are going on three weeks with numerous dented deliveries, promises of “maybe two weeks for delivery “. All sorts of issues! They went to Chavis! In the world of big box stores we tend to forget our hometown dealers. Let me just say, they came in and made those places look like silly school yard imbeciles. Chavis sent out two amazing guys who made sure that fridge was set up and working properly before they left, plus the driver was a hoot! Thank you Chavis for amazing service!!

I bought a lot of expensive furniture from Chavis. The leather furniture i bought was obviously imitation leather because the pealing starting coming off in about 1-1/2 years. The electric recliner broke on one of the sofas and the leather look was horrible after 2 years. We cover both sofas with blankets now and are hiding its ugly looks from company. When I finally called them to ask for help they said the factory warranty was only one year and they couldn’t help me. So So disappointed in this place. I also bought the most expensive refrigerator they offered and it went out in 2 years with similar story of no warranty to cover. I bought another one. Beware of this place!!!!

Just got our new washing machine delivered today. Our showroom experience was great. The Salesman was knowledgeable and didn't try and upsell us to something we didn't need. I don't have a pickup so the delivery was made by two gentlemen who were super friendly and very helpful with making sure all our questions were answered. I have a feeling that when we need a dryer, we will be heading back to Chavis.

Why would anyone buy from you? Zero service after the sale. I did not purchase from you but my 75 year old friend purchased all GE Profile appliances for his new house from you. After a month, the refrigerator stopped working. Now 6 weeks later, he is still living out of coolers and replenishing ice everyday. Doesn't sound like good service to me. You have offered zero support.

I needed a new stove. I checked Lowe's, Best Buy and Home Depot and it was going to take two weeks from the first two stores and one week from the third store to even get one delivered. I heard about Chavis, so we went there. We were greeted when we walked through the door and the salesclerk was very helpful. They had them in stock and we purchased it, and it was the same price or cheaper than the previous stores. I will definitely be back.
