Mike is an honest business man. He has proven to me that he stands behind his work 100%. There aren't many people out there like that anymore... I really appreciate doing business with someone that I can trust! And he has the best appliances for a good price. I will happily buy from Rocket City Appliance again in the future.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars; this guy takes care of his customers. Mike is very honest and skilled and has consistently favored sound advice and customer satisfaction over making more money from me. I've purchased multiple appliances from his shop and have only had very positive experiences. I’ve given him return business and he has offered me great deals, lower than his advertised prices. Extremely pleased, will not go anywhere else for appliances for as long as I live here.

I have now been here twice and I can honestly say that they were both great experiences. I got a washer awhile back that is still functioning like it's new! I just bought a dryer from here and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Mike is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. This business will always have my business!!
