I had some issues regarding my payment history although my payments were automatically paid from my checking account. I had the account for almost two years with absolutely no issues. The manager and credit manager could not have been more helpful when I called. At some point the manager and credit manager both changed and the issues begin. I started receiving phone calls asking when I was going to make monthly payment although as I mentioned earlier they were automatically paid. On each of these calls the credit manager noticed after a few seconds that my payments were automatic and apologized. This occurred the last three months of my account and when my account was paid off my payment history reflected three late payments. I called the store and spoke with the credit manager who not only assured me that she didn't make a mistake also denied calling me three times asking about a payment. I had been a happy customer of Farmer's Home Furniture but in the future I will purchase my home furnishings elsewhere.

I went in looking for living room furniture and I come out. Happier than I ever could. Quality of the furniture is amazing. The Customer Service was amazing with Jamon. The store manager was perfect. Payments were amazing all the way down to the delivery and set up was perfect courteous people and loved it. I will be back to buy more.

Very disappointed with the customer service from this company. I ordered a bed on March 10th, and my order was already delayed and could not even be delivered as promised, which forced me to pick it up myself on March 28th. When I picked it up, I discovered the headboard was broken. I was told the headboard would be replaced and delivered to me, but it is now May and I still have not received any updates, calls, or a replacement. I have called the Huntsville location multiple times trying to speak with the manager, but he is always “not there” and never returns calls. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but delaying orders, failing to deliver as promised, providing damaged furniture, and then ignoring customers for months is terrible business practice. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
