Mike and son, Michael at Mobile Appliance Daphne are the type of people who are smooth with sales. Then they will promise you a delivery date, a “guaranteed “ price and then not even give you the courtesy of letting you know that anything has changed. They do not return phone calls before delivery and certainly not after they have your money. We were charged $350 more than our contract and we had to take our complaint to their home office to get it resolved.

We just purchased a new home here in Daphne Alabama. We were told we were going to get all Samsung appliances and this company would be supplying them. They installed a countertop microwave in an enclosed area with no ventilation system at the top. Long story short it is a fire hazard to do it the way they did. Luckily, after doing my research and proving it, they kindly replaced it with a microwave and oven combo unit. Unfortunately, there are other homes in our neighborhood that have to live with the fire hazard because MA and Maronda homes are not willing to correct their mistakes. They also installed a generic hood with dents that was supposed to be a Samsung, which in fact had the Samsung Stickers inside, but apparently our fake. When I sent the pictures to Samsung corporate office, they assured me that is NOT a Samsung hood. When I called this company to tell them, they said that the Samsung logo ( which is embossed on the metal) got left out during manufacturing. I couldn’t believe the lady I was speaking to on the phone actually said that with confidence. I even explained to her that Samsung said it was NOT their hood and she continued to standby the generic product they sold us to be a Samsung!!! Unbelievable!!!! I wish I could post the pictures here, but it won’t let me. Buyer beware and double check!

I have used Mobile Appliance for several new appliance purchases. I have always been completely satisfied with their sales team, products and installation team. This week was no different. Needed a new microwave on Monday, Michael in Daphne sales helped with my selection, it was in stock, Frank & Calvin installed today, Wednesday. All three were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Great Service!

These guys were fabulous to work with. We changed out all of our appliances from black to stainless at our condo. Our full time home is 5 hours away. This company made the process seamless. They did all the measurements, emailed us the items that would work in those spaces, and then arranged both delivery and hauling off of old appliances. The installation guys were absolutely top notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to upgrade and it honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend.

We’ve purchased a number of appliances from Mobile Appliance in the last 3-4 years. Not only are their prices better than Lowe’s, Home Depot and big box stores but they are friendly, helpful and all about customer service. They recently resolved an issue we had due to a mistake we made measuring for our new dishwasher. They exchanged the appliance and made sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend them!!
