New 2 U Appliances

Save yourself the headache and don't use this place. I hate to leave a bad review because these guys were genuinely kind and I felt like we got a good deal, but it wasn't worth it. Appliances are stored out in the rain. They promise a warranty but do not reply to your messages, or do reply but never follow through. We bought a full set in June and have had numerous issues with the fridge and now oven. Very frustrating. I do think a lot of it has to do with them just being very busy and not necessarily bad people but it's not the way to do business.

Wanted to share my experience even though we didn't have a transaction. Michael Rogers was who I was working with and these guys are top notch on customer service. I reached out on a day they were closed and someone still responded. The only reason I didn't just trade in my fridge is bc we had a warranty. But believe when this thing craps out again you'll be seeing me. Ty for all your help and professionalism.

What can I say other than this gentleman knows how to run a business AND treat his customers, workers, guests right. He literally answered my texts at 4:30 am to make sure I knew he was going to take care of the issue and make it right. He did more than that, he talked me through the whole process of getting the new washer prepared and in great working condition. He allowed me to either get it fixed or get a different washer. This man's the complete professional and has the highest standard of customer care and service. If you're thinking of get a washer/dryer but hesitant of unknown quality. Guarantee, this gentleman will take care of all your issues and worries. BUY FROM HIM. I cannot stress enough how amazing he's been through the process. Thank God for people like him.
