I recently needed to upgrade my refrigerator and called Bob Wallace Appliance to order the necessary part. I also asked Mr. Appliance to handle the installation since I've had excellent experiences with both companies in the past.
This time, an unexpected problem came up. Fortunately, Steve at Bob Wallace Appliance and Carol at Mr. Appliance took ownership of the situation. After I explained what had happened, they worked together behind the scenes to resolve everything with very little involvement on my part.
Their willingness to communicate, cooperate, and genuinely care about making things right was refreshing. That level of customer service has become increasingly rare, and it was greatly appreciated.
