Excellent sale and delivery. Only six months later when the light comes on to change the filters (air, water and produce) we realize that Bracken sold us the fridge WITHOUT filters. NONE! And didn’t tell us. Shame on you guys.

A great selection. Prices pretty much match those of big box giants. Expect delays. If you're busy working make sure you get exact information regarding delivery and installation dates otherwise you'll hear, "Your order is on its way and should be here soon." Or "Your order is here, but it's still on the truck. We'll get it out to you as soon as we're able." That southern charm just doesn't cut the mustard when you work and have your own schedule to keep. Other than that I highly recommend the store.
