They fix your washing machine or dryer in a reasonable amount of time and don’t seem to charge too much for our old machines that we have! Cause we hate those new low water capacity Machines cause they don’t clean the clothes properly! Nothing beats a Kenmore and they keep them in working order for us!!!

I bought a washer from Mr. Cleckler eleven years ago, and have never had an issue with it. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient helping me find exactly what I needed. My son is moving back soon, and this is the first place we are going to shop for appliances.

Called for a repair on my dryer on Tuesday, Mr Smith came and looked at it on Wednesday and came back with parts and fixed it on Thursday. Excellent, fast and friendly service!! Edit- due to the location of our dryer it had to be moved to another room to be serviced. Because of this, we were not able to turn it on right away. Upon returning it to our laundry area and turning it on, it was having the same issue as before. That in itself was not an issue as the circumstances didn't allow it to be tested right away. I called back the next day to ask them to come back out. I was met with rudeness and being told he would call me back. I found out later from my husband that Mr Smith installed used parts in our dryer. (Which I wouldn't have cared if it had actually solved the problem) so I paid $150 and nothing was fixed. Never again.

The staff there were friendly and very helpful. The prices were fairly reasonable and I got a 30 day warranty on the used appliance I purchased. I also got a small credit for my dryer that I was replacing which helped to defer some of the cost. I highly recommend.
