Our side by side refrigerator went out and I had heard good things about Lewie's but we stopped at Mazer first since I was more familiar with them. At Mazer no one welcomed or offered to help us. We looked around and still no acknowledgement. We left there and went to Lewie's where it was a totally different experience. We were acknowledged by Erich immediately. He was not only friendly but knowledgeable. He was never far away to answer any questions we had but gave us space to discuss things in private. We had not intended to buy that day but because of the friendliness and knowledge of Erich not to mention the affordable prices we walked out with a delivery date of the next day. Highly recommend. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find a fridge that was a great fit for my needs. We bought a stove & dryer today from Lewies, and nothing but a positive experience. The customer service was excellent and it was quite busy being a Saturday. In particular, Latoya & Stephanie were more than helpful. They answered all our questions explaining various features & warranties. They both did this in a sales consultative fashion and not high-pressure sales or being pushy or hovering. This approach was very appreciated.it felt more like sales help instead of sales pressure. Not to throw any shade on their Bham competitors, but we did visit two other similar Bham appliance companies before returning to make our purchase at Lewies. Without naming names, my observation was the brands and quality of appliances at Lewies were higher than the other stores we visited. The competitors seemed to deal in bulk where Lewie's appliances appeared to be newer, more higher quality brand names, and less damaged or scratch/dent than what we saw at the other stores. While it's not what we were looking for, they also had a good deal of refurbished appliances. Finally, the number of appliances available was much larger at Lewies. Stephanie & Latoya made the process of buying two appliances easy which was much appreciated as I had been dreading the ordeal.

Heather was incredible to work with. She took the time to really understand what we needed and helped us find the perfect fit for our refrigerator. She was patient, never rushed us, and walked us through all the options so we felt confident in our decision. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting it right for her customers. We ended up purchasing through Lewie, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Heather if you get the chance.

Lotoya was very helpful & amazingly friendly. She answered all the questions we had regarding our purchase. She made sure we was satisfied. She thoroughly explained everything regarding our purchase. The refrigerator fit perfectly & my Dad loves it! I would highly recommend seeing Lotoya on your visit. You will not be disappointed.
